The employees of Rochester Plumbing & Heating are an amazing group of people. Spend a little time with them and you'll see why. Our service staff care enough about your carpets to make sure their shoes are clean before entering your home. Our estimators know what a financial commitment you're making with your building or renovation. Their goal is to be as accurate and honest with all of their figures, because they'd want the same from a firm giving them a bid. That's really what it all comes down to: our staff works hard to treat you with the courtesy, honesty and respect that they appreciate themselves. No wonder so many of our repeat customers phone in and ask for staff members by name.
